Camp-let Terms for Click & Collect

At Camp-let (part of Isabella A/S), we want to make your ordering experience as simple and safe as possible. You have the opportunity to order goods using Click & Collect on our website for direct pickup, collection, and payment at your selected retailer. Below you will find our terms and conditions that apply to Click & Collect.

Click & Collect – How It Works

With Click & Collect, you can order your items online and pick them up at one of our selected retailers. The process is simple:

  • Order your items online – Select your items and a retailer at checkout.
  • Receive an order confirmation – You will receive a confirmation that your order has been received.
  • Pick up and pay at the retailer – When the item is ready, you can pick it up and pay at your chosen retailer.

Note: Your reservation is only binding once you have placed your order.

Prices and Payment

  • All prices are quoted in British pounds (GBP), including VAT.
  • Payment is made directly to the retailer where the item is collected.
  • Any promotions and discounts are set by the retailer.

Delivery

  • You will receive an email when your items have been shipped from our warehouse to the retailer.
  • The estimated delivery time to the retailer is approximately 2 working days from dispatch.
  • Your order must be collected within 7 days of its arrival – otherwise, we cannot guarantee that the item will still be in stock.

Returns and Right of Cancellation

  • Returns must be made to the retailer where you collected the item.
  • The item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it.
  • You may examine the item, but it must remain unused.
  • If the item is damaged due to improper handling, you lose your right of cancellation.

Warranty and Complaints

  • All products come with a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
  • In the event of a claim, the product must be returned to the retailer along with a valid receipt.
  • Complaints cannot be made directly to Isabella A/S – they must go through your retailer.

Limitation of Liability (Force Majeure)

Camp-let (Isabella A/S) is not liable for delays or defects caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • War, pandemics or natural disasters
  • Strikes or lockouts
  • Government intervention or import restrictions

Of course, we always do our best to honour agreements and ensure a good customer experience.

Personal Data

To fulfil your order, we register the following information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • E-mail address
  • Telephone number

This information is stored for five years according to the Danish Bookkeeping Act and is only shared with your chosen retailer to process your order.
